Woman involved in School Bomb Threats Gets 4 Years in Prison

27 year-old Amanda Hunt pleaded guilty to 2 charges of inducing panic- with a third charge dropped- after admitting to being behind 3 bomb threats aimed at Lima City Schools earlier this year.

A sentencing for a Lima woman took place in Allen County Court on Tuesday..

27 year-old Amanda Hunt pleaded guilty to 2 charges of inducing panic- with a third charge dropped- after admitting to being behind 3 bomb threats aimed at Lima City Schools earlier this year.

Judge Richard Warren sentenced Hunt to a total of 4 years.

Lima Schools Superintendent Jill Ackerman was on hand for the sentencing.

Hunt was given credit for 188 days served locally- and was ordered to pay court costs.
