A 2-car accident took place in Allen County on Sunday night just before 8pm.

23 year-old Christopher Sneary of Kenton was eastbound on State Route 309 approaching Hardin County Line Road.  71 year-old Norman Hochstettler of Harrod was southbound- and failed to stop- and was struck by the Sneary vehicle.  Both drivers were transported to Lima Memorial Hospital. 

Kristin Sneary, also of Kenton, was the right front passenger of the Sneary vehicle.  She was transported to Lima Memorial along with Sandra Hochstettler, who was the right front passenger in the other car.

The accident remains under investigation.
