Lima Man Breaks into Home in West Virginia

WSAZ-TV reports that 34 year-old James Galloway broke into a house on Teays Farms in Teays Valley. Once Galloway was in the house he was confronted by the homeowner who fired a gun at him.

A Lima man is facing charges in West Virginia after he tried to break into a home and then led police on a chase.

WSAZ-TV reports that 34 year-old James Galloway broke into a house on Teays Farms in Teays Valley.

Once Galloway was in the house he was confronted by the homeowner who fired a gun at him.

Galloway ran into a vehicle and dumped it along Scary Creek in Putnam County West Virginia.

He stole another vehicle and headed east- and was later spotted by the State Police- tried to escape on foot- but was caught.

No word on what charges were officially filed against Galloway.
