Bluffton Hospital has been named one of only 44 inpatient hospitals in the United States- and one of only six in Ohio- to receive the 2012 Press Ganey Summit Award for patient satisfaction.
The Award is given to health care facilities across the nation that sustain the highest level of customer satisfaction- and Bluffton has ranked in the 99th percentile nationally for in-patient satisfaction for more than six consecutive years.
