57 year-old Nancy Kline of Pandora was westbound when she struck the tractor operated by 50 year-old Mark Hempfling of Ottawa.
Kline was taken to Saint Rita's- where she is in stable condition.
She was cited for failing to maintain assured clear distance.
Hempfling was cited for an equipment violation.
