The Marysville Post of the state patrol says 38 year-old James Payer's vehicle failed to yield at a stop at County Road 96 and state route 117 just after 5:30am.
A man from Ridgeway was killed in a 2-car accident in Logan County early Monday morning.
The Marysville Post of the state patrol says 38 year-old James Payer's vehicle failed to yield at a stop at County Road 96 and state route 117 just after 5:30am.
The other vehicle involved was a semi driven by 34 year-old Shadd Shaffer of Belle Center.
Payer was pronounced dead at the scene- and Shaffer was taken to a nearby hospital to be treated for non-life threatening injuries.
