Gary Sheely went through the process of replacing or rehabilitating over 12-hundred feet of sewer pipes between Rice Avenue and Wayne Street.
The City of Lima's Utilities Director and its Environmental Compliance Manager gave a presentation on Wednesday- explaining the constant work that has been going on since May of this year on the city's west side.

He also pointed out that this work will be reflected in future talks with US EPA officials.
The construction- which was also extended to Market and Collett Streets- is wrapping up this month.
