Several non-profit groups in the Lima area received early holiday gifts this year- thanks to a special program operated by the United Way.

Volunteers from area businesses and companies help these non-profits with odd jobs and repairs- through the Extreme Community Makeover Project.

David Voth- the executive director of Crime Victim Services- said it is a great program for all who get involved.
