The Lima Post of the State Highway Patrol was called to a fatal crash on State Route 65 between Ottawa and Columbus Grove last night.

53 year old John Solomon of Ottawa was northbound near Road P-9 driving a delivery van.
21 year old Christopher Yohe of Ottawa was also northbound- and passed the Solomon vehicle.
Yohe drove into the path of a southbound semi driven by 32 year old Jimmy Clarke of North Vernon Indiana.
The Yohe vehicle was pushed back into the northbound lane, after striking the semi, where it was then struck by the northbound Solomon vehicle.
All three vehicles went off the east side of the road and came to rest.
Clarke was taken to St Rita’s and Solomon was taken to Ottawa Ambulatory Care.
Yohe was pronounced dead at the scene.
