Shawnee Township Police Chief- Mike Keith- has confirmed that they have arrested a Lima man- that had been soliciting money from the public- and claiming to be a personality from 93-9 Kiss-FM.
Shawnee Township Police Chief- Mike Keith- has confirmed that they have arrested a Lima man- that had been soliciting money from the public- and claiming to be a personality from 93-9 Kiss-FM.
Christopher Lee Kirby of 820 Oak Street- was charged with theft by deception- and a further investigation is underway to see if the dollar amount involved will determine whether he will be charged with a felony or misdemeanor.
He has also been accused of soliciting money for an 8-year old girl with cancer- and then pocketing the funds.
