Last night members of Lima City Council’s Neighborhood Concerns Committee met to discuss the possible need to put restrictions or ban donation bins that have popped up throughout the Lima area.

Before the Committee makes any decisions on the matter- the city Law Director will do some research on how other cities have banned bins like these- and will bring information back to them in the future.
