The minor flood has resulted in high water near Ottawa, especially on the south side of town. There are other spots of high water in other parts of Putnam County as well.
The Blanchard River remains at flood stage in Ottawa.
The latest readings from the National Weather Service show the river crested at a little over 24-point-4 feet Monday night and is on its way back down.
The weather service still shows the Blanchard leaving flood stage around 1 p.m. Wednesday afternoon, but it could be before that.
