Becky Bowsher was approved by the commissioners to take over for Link on an interim basis.

The Allen County Treasurer bid farewell at Wednesday's county commissioners meeting.

Jim Link turned in his resignation- since he will be sworn in as the new Clerk of Courts for Lima Municipal Court on Thursday.

Link looked back on his past 4 years as the County Treasurer.

Becky Bowsher was approved by the commissioners to take over for Link on an interim basis.

Bowsher said she would not seek the Republican Party's appointment for County Treasurer.
