Judge Cheney ordered a pre-sentence investigation to take place in the case for 33 year-old Travis Quinter- and a sentencing date was set for March 6th.
A plea deal was reached yesterday in Allen County Common Pleas Court- as Judge David Cheney accepted the deal on charges of two first degree felonies of rape for a Coldwater man.
Judge Cheney ordered a pre-sentence investigation to take place in the case for 33 year-old Travis Quinter- and a sentencing date was set for March 6th.
Quinter will have to become a Tier 3 Sex Offender- requiring him to report his whereabouts to law enforcement every 90 days for the rest of his life.
Quinter is also facing other similar charges in Mercer and Auglaize Counties.
