Police Chief Kevin Martin went over 2012 crime numbers- and Public Works Director Howard Elstro delivered 2012 demolition activities.

Lima City Council met last night and was presented with reports of officials.

Police Chief Kevin Martin went over 2012 crime numbers- and Public Works Director Howard Elstro delivered 2012 demolition activities.

Elstro explained how many structures have been demolished by neighborhood stabilization funds.

Chief Martin explained that while the 2012 crime numbers are down- violent crimes are up.

Violent crimes consist of murder- rape- robbery- and assault.
