52 year-old Jesse Hardy hit speeds exceeding 100 miles per hour- before being stopped between Rawson and Findlay.
A man from Hancock County led Lima Police- the State Patrol- and area Sheriff's departments- on a high speed chase- before he was slowed by stop sticks- early Tuesday morning.

Once stopped- Hardy refused orders to open the door and exit the vehicle- so a side window was broken by one of the officers.
Hardy is now in the Allen County Jail facing numerous charges.
