Lima City Council unanimously passed and ordinance last night establishing the 20-13 budget for the city.
Members of Council praised the hard work of the Finance Committee and everyone involved in the budget hearings.
Money was set back for the Public Works Department in the form of 30-thousand dollars- regarding the issue of keeping the Downtown area clean.
