Officers with the Wapakoneta Police Department and members of the Auglaize County Sheriff’s Office Special Response Team took two men into custody at the Western Inn Suites Motel just before 7pm.
Several area law enforcement officials responded to the scene where a stand-off ended peacefully on Wednesday in Wapakoneta.
Officers with the Wapakoneta Police Department and members of the Auglaize County Sheriff’s Office Special Response Team took two men into custody at the Western Inn Suites Motel just before 7pm.
Police were notified earlier in the day that 2 men- wanted in Logan County- were at the motel.
Negotiators were able to talk the men out of the motel room- after they stayed inside for more than 3 hours. They were transported to the Auglaize County Jail.
