Carrie Breckenridge is charged in the February 25th shooting of her boyfriend- Adam Hicks- at their residence on Prospect Avenue.
A probable cause hearing went forward on Friday in Lima Municipal Court- in the case against Carrie Breckenridge.
She is charged in the February 25th shooting of her boyfriend- Adam Hicks- at their residence on Prospect Avenue.
Lima Police Sergeant Steve Stechschulte testified- and gave details of the incident- and their investigation.
He said Breckenridge told officers the shooting was accidental- but Hicks said it was not an accident.
The case will now go before the Allen County Grand Jury- and on to Common Pleas Court.
