The understanding covers $11,800 for the M-S-4 Storm water Program Administration for this year.

The Allen County Commissioners have entered into a memo of understanding with the local soil and water conservation district.

The understanding covers $11,800 for the M-S-4 Storm water Program Administration for this year.

Commission Board President Jay Begg explained that there was a formula that led to the total of $11,800.

The federal government requires counties to participate in the program.
