As Memorial Day approaches, I hope we all remember it's not just a day off of work! As I was looking into some Memorial Day minutia, I found a really interesting article on service dogs-and you all know how I love animals!
Thank you to all of our brave men and women, their families and friends, who have protected, served and sacrificed for our great nation!
I've only ever had adopted rescue dogs, and this story and photo really tocuhed my heart! Little Captain Morgan was rescued and adopted into a loving home, but obviously from this picture, he never forgot the woman who saved him from the kill shelter! Check it out and see if you don't tear up!
Farewell CSI: NY, I loved you! It's the time of TV season that makes me sad...TV renewal time! Good-bye to my shows that aren't doing well. Good-bye to my shows that just started in March and are already gone! So sad...Check out the entire scorecard of renewals while I wipe my tears.
As you know, animals make me smile! Here's a cute kitty that LOVES his bathtime! Definately not my cat!
Yes, I am that lady that loves a good dog/cat video! They crack me up and there's nothin' wrong with that!
This is a video supporting pet adoption but I totally love the voice they did for the dog (and, yes, I also make up my dog's voice at home! lol)
Look for me this Saturday at Chief’s Supermarkets in Lima!

At one point, Brad Pitt was just a normal guy in a ruffled tuxedo shirt...check out these celeb prom photos! No worse than any of my style choices for prom...can you say crushed velvet?
I love a good checklist! And I'm soooo ready for spring, so let's get to cleaning! Even if you have been a spring clearner for awhile, this list is amazing!
