It's true, women talk alot! But it's genetic! And now there's proof!
You know how I love dogs, and this sweet dog, Baby, has just saved her entire family!
A 10-year-old pit bull named Baby saved her family when their house caught on fire near Tulsa, Oklahoma on Tuesday. She barked and pounced on the family members to wake them up, then went BACK to rescue the family's other five dogs . . . who were too scared to come out. She even crawled under the bed to carry one out by the neck. -KOKO, Tulsa
And I'd like to point out that she is a pitbull. Again, another example of how good dog owners make good dogs! It's not the breed, it's the owner!
We know that bullying is a huge problem for today's youth and the students at ONU are getting involved and making a difference! I had the opportunity to talk to Katie and Jake from ONU about their new anti-bullying project, "I Am 2013"

The Budwesier Clydesdale commercial during the Super Bowl choked me up! And even though I don't know anything about horses, I want a Clydesdale!
Check out the extended version of the commercial:
I had never heard of the Angel Flight-a special flight that brings our fallen heroes home. If you've never seen the video, you have to check it out! Grab a tissue! It's very moving!
This story really touched me this morning...instead of retiring, this Master Sargaent signed up for another year in Iraq so that he could deploy with his 19 yr old daughter!
Here's their story (and yes, both heroes are home)
I never knew this about the USS Arizona Memorial...both touching and inspiring!
