Can't wait for this week's Hot In Cleveland! It's a Mary Tyler Moore show reunion! One thing I love about "Hot", they're always bringing on great guest stars! http://gma.yahoo.com/blogs/abc-blogs/betty-white-calls-mary-tyler-moore-show-stars-121030503--abc-news-celebrities.html
A guy named Armand Young is walking across the country to inspire ONE MILLION random acts of kindness. He makes people promise to do one random act of kindness within 24 hours, in honor of fallen soldiers and victims of 9/11. He's been at it since 2007, has over 549,000 signatures, and is now in Pennsylvania on his way BACK across the country.
How inspiring? The only kind thing I did this week was let the lady in line behind me go first at the register.
Join me today at Murphy's USA in Bellefountaine on Gunntown Road from noon to 2! It's customer appreciation day-tons of giveaways, free hot dogs, Frito chips and my favorite, cotton candy! Plus, special deals! See ya there!
I used to love Dueling Banjos when I was a kid! I even had the 45 (for you young ones, that's a vinyl record). But now I love it even more! Kermit the Frog and Steve Martin team up for a round of dueling banjos!
Have you heard of Steven Rhodes? This former Marine spent what could have been his early college football days serving our country, and now the NCAA is potentially going to block him from playing college football because he played in an intermural Marine league on his former base...really? You let the cheaters and the scammers and the poorly behaved play, and yet a man who served our country can't play college ball? Ridiculous!
NBC has released a preview of "The Michael J. Fox Show" . . . the sitcom that's inspired by Michael's own battles with Parkinson's disease.
The two-and-a-half minute promo includes Michael talking about the show, in-between clips from it. And it looks pretty good. In one scene, he says he wishes his medicine's side effects were "cooler," like, quote, "anything Aquaman does."
The show premieres on August 26th
Look for Two Steel Girls (contestants on the third season of the Voice) at Mercer Co. Fair Saturday night (Aug.10th) at 9pm in the beer tent! I'll be hosting the pre-party from 7p-9 so stop out and register for Cedar Point tickets!
