The newly slim Trisha Yearwood was the talk of the recent ACM Awards. She's lost 30 pounds and has gone from a tight size 14 to a slender size 10.
But she tells People magazine there isn't a diet she hasn't been on and finally figured out the secret to losing weight -- hard work. Trisha says she's devised her own plan -- low fat, mostly low sugar and the occasional indulgence. And she's addicted to Zumba, which she does three times a week.
In addition to the weight loss, Trisha has gained a new self-confidence. She says, "I have a strength I never had before. I feel like I can do anything."
